Parades of girls in swimwear are held at different intervals around the globe. And such events should only be welcomed! After all, what could be nicer to the eye than tanned beauties in bikinis of hundreds of styles and colors.
As a rule, several hundred participants of all ages defile in the parade. And here the most massive bikini parade in the world took place in August this year in China. The event was held as part of an international exhibition held in the city of Huludao and dedicated to beach culture.
The parade was attended by as many as 1,085 representatives of the fair sex aged 4 to 70 years. They proudly covered a little more than a mile in a motley crowd. Some ladies in bikinis rode on roller skates, and the youngest danced merrily. To protect themselves from the scorching sun, many parade participants covered their heads with brightly decorated wide-brimmed hats. The organizers allowed to wear beach skirts or short shorts at will. Although most of the ladies cheerfully and without hesitation showed their swimwear to photographers from all over the world.
And so that the spectators, lined up along the path of the procession, do not get bored while waiting for the procession to reach them, the authorities took care of entertainment in the form of performances by dance groups.
Such a large-scale spectacle was recorded by representatives of the Guinness Book of Records. Chinese women in bikinis have broken the previous record set in Australia last October at Serfers Paradise. Then 357 girls in revealing swimsuits paraded across the sand. By the way, four Australian women were disqualified for overly puritanical outfits. There is no false modesty in the Bikini Parade.
Bikini parades are very popular in Indian Goa and the southern United States. For example, in March of this year, 450 outspoken beauties in breathtaking bikinis came out to conquer the streets of the small resort town of Panama City Beach in Miami. But they did not get into the Book of Records - they simply did not consider it necessary to involve representatives from Guinness in their event.
The Chinese do not forget to fix their records. At the same time with most massive bikini parade representatives of the Book of Records recorded the largest group photo of people in swimsuits. The photo fits 3090 ladies in bikinis.
With the Beach Culture Show held annually in Huludao Urban District, a new record can be expected next summer.
