The department of the All-Russia People's Front "People's Expertise" based on the statistics of the traffic police of the Russian Federation for 2015 made a rating of the ten most dangerous cities in terms of drivers. It is based on the number of fatal road accidents per 100,000 people. However, the ONF does not intend to limit itself to analyzing statistics: a project called “Map of Life” has been created, which will operate throughout the country from November 1. Its purpose is to control the condition of roads to identify dangerous sections and eliminate the causes of accidents.

10. Volgograd
The capital of the Volgograd region is located at the intersection of several major highways. The three highways that cross Volgograd in length are actually just a chain of streets. 9. Krasnoyarsk

8. Voronezh
An analysis of the state of the road network in Voronezh showed that at least four out of every five roads are in unsatisfactory condition. The lack of modern junctions and narrow streets contribute to dangerous traffic situations. The mortality rate is 6.0 per 100 thousand people.
7. Omsk
Omsk suffers from the terrible quality of the roads, which was shown by the traffic police raid in the Omsk region in early 2015. According to its results, about three dozen administrative cases were initiated. The number of deaths is 6.2 per 100 thousand people.
6. Irkutsk

About 20% of accident victims are children. Mortality statistics - 6.7 per hundred thousand people.
3. Perm
Most often, collisions of vehicles (41.7%) and collisions with pedestrians (28.4%) occur in Perm. One of the possible reasons is the unsatisfactory condition of the roads due to the deformation of the roadway due to climatic features and specific soil structure.The death rate is 6.8 per 100 thousand people.
2. Lipetsk
Due to the intensive development of the region, the Lipetsk ring road with modern interchanges is being built. This will reduce the load on the transport and road network and, possibly, reduce the number of accidents. So far, the death rate on the roads of Lipetsk is 6.9 per 100 thousand population.
