Roszdravnadzor published a list of Russian and foreign pharmaceutical companies, whose product quality received the largest number of complaints in the first half of 2015.
The rating includes 12 domestic and 9 foreign companies. The black list of foreign pharmaceutical companies was headed by the Bulgarian JSC “Sopharma” (13 low-quality series of one trade name).
We present to you the top ten Russian pharmaceutical manufacturers of substandard drugs with the largest volume of products rejected by Roszdravnadzor.
10. LLC "Tula Pharmaceutical Factory"
Claims were made against the medicines produced by the Tula pharmaceutical company on the following points: weight of the package contents, description and pH. Roszdravnadzor rejected 5 series for 3 trade names.
9. CJSC "Vifitech"
The company, founded in 1992, produces both finished dosage forms and herbal substances (Mukaltin, Aloe dry extract and others). The irregularities identified during the inspection of its products related to the weight of the contents in the package, weight loss on drying and quantification. 6 series of 2 trade names are defective.
8. JSC "Biosintez"
This Russian enterprise is one of the largest drug manufacturing companies. Complaints about the preparations produced by Biosynthesis concerned the uniformity of dosage, dissolution and quantitative determination. Based on the results of the inspection, 7 series of 3 trade names were rejected.
7. JSC "Tatkhimfarmpreparaty"
Roszdravnadzor was displeased with: incorrect description of some drugs produced by Tatkhimfarmpreparaty, their labeling, quantification and packaging, as well as the average weight of tablets. In total, 7 defective series of 4 trade names were found at this JSC.
6. LLC "Lekar"
9 series of 1 trade name were rejected. The reasons are the discrepancy between the authenticity and the volume of the package contents to the declared parameters.
5. OJSC NPK "Eskom"
This research and production concern is one of the main Russian manufacturers of infusion solutions. Mechanical inclusions were found in the company's products, there are claims to labeling and packaging. Roszdravnadzor rejected 9 series of 5 trade names.
4. JSC SPC "Biogen"
The microbiological purity and authenticity of some preparations produced by Biogen did not meet the standards. As a result of the inspection, Roszdravnadzor found 10 series of 2 trade names to be defective.
3. JSC "Tver Pharmaceutical Factory"
The enterprise entered the top 3 Russian manufacturers of low-quality medicines due to inaccurate descriptions of various medicines, the weight of the package contents and the package itself. 11 series of drugs of 4 trade names turned out to be of poor quality.
2. LLC "Ozone"
One of the leaders of the Russian market in the production of generics (generic) - "copies" of original patented drugs. The rejected products of Ozon LLC included 14 series of 3 trade names. They were found to have dissolution problems and dosing inconsistencies.
1. OJSC "Murom Instrument-Making Plant"
The production of medicines is carried out under its own trademark "VerbaPharm". The enterprise became the leader in the rating of the worst drug manufacturers due to 29 rejected series of two names. The inspections revealed shortcomings in the quantitative determination of pharmaceuticals produced at the Murom Instrument-Making Plant.
