The rating is based on an oral survey; randomly selected respondents were asked how often they donate money and / or work as volunteers for non-profit organizations.
Russians in general are not inclined to part with their hard earned money, which is why our country is in the bottom third of the list. However, the residents of the Russian Federation are always ready to help strangers. According to 44% of the respondents, only on the eve of the survey they helped people they did not know. But the number of volunteers is falling - compared to last year, it decreased by 1%.
104th place in the rating of the quality of roads

The Russian Federation performs best where there are still remnants of the Soviet system - in the field of education. Here the country takes the honorable 22nd place. Healthcare has slipped to the 90s, the economy and business are looking good - 63 and 60 respectively. The worst of all, in the opinion of Western comrades, in Russia the situation is with the government (124th place), and with personal freedom in general it is a matter of seams, because the 143rd place hints that criticizing the existing system is fraught with itself.

Russia is in 53rd place in the ranking, having risen two positions compared to 2017 and yielding to its former brothers in the socialist camp - Kazakhstan and Belarus, but suddenly ahead of the United States. The average life expectancy in the country has increased to 71.2 years. It is interesting that Russia was honored to be included in the healthcare rating only in 2014. In general, the results of Russia are not the worst. The fears are mainly caused by the uncontrolled use of natural resources, especially fishing. How happy are the citizens of Russia? According to experts, over the past year, the overall speed of Internet connections around the world has increased by 23%, and the faster the Internet in a given country, the more chances it will add more speed in the future. Singapore is in first place, followed by the Scandinavian countries, while Russia occupies a modest 47th place out of 200 countries. And compared to last year, the situation with the Internet in the country has worsened - Russia has gone down by 4 positions.

Russia looks very good in this rating. But only seven years ago, it occupied 124th place, but when the head of state expressed concern about this circumstance, it began a rapid ascent. Interestingly, one of the biggest leaps - almost 20 places up - the country owes to the simplification of the electrification of warehouses.
