Most Rottweilers tend to exhibit risky behavior due to irresponsible host behavior, lack of socialization and training. The Rottweiler is known for its extremely powerful bite.

Therefore, objectively, the most evil dog breed or the kindest dog breed does not exist. There are only breeds that require increased attention and need experienced and knowledgeable how to properly train their dog owners.
