Where you can swim and sunbathe, wander through the woods or have a barbecue, play paintball or ride horses, and most importantly - all this without wasting time on hours of traffic jams. Analysts of the Academy of Sciences "Bon Ton" found out residents of which residential complexes will be closest to recreation areas in the summer... A rating was compiled of 10 large new comfort-class buildings within the old borders of Moscow, located close to various summer infrastructure, which is especially popular with Muscovites.
The rating is based on four main criteria:
- Number of recreational facilities
- The number and variety of activities in these facilities
- Distance from residential complex to objects (no more than 10 km)
- The minimum price of an apartment, mortgage programs with state support
Points were assigned to each of the above criteria.
Recreational areas:
- Forest parks, natural parks, rivers and lakes - 3 points
- Large amusement parks and green parks - 2 points
- Equestrian sports bases, yacht clubs, paintball clubs, etc. - 1 point
