When choosing films worth watching, we most often refer to ratings of the best films or rely on our own taste. But in order not to spoil your evening with a boring, frankly stupid and simply mediocre picture, you should know the list of those films that you should not watch.

10. "The Room" (2003)
The film directed by Tommy Viso was shattered by critics for its horrific amount of inconsistency in the script, which is also rife with unfinished storylines.
9. "Highlander II: The Quickening" (1991)
Despite the participation in the film of such stars as Christopher Lambert and Sean Connery, the press met the picture with hostility. They scolded both for the fact that the script was cut off from the first part of "Highlander", and for the visual range far from perfect.
8. The Happening, 2008
Fantastic thriller, which was predicted to get into best films of the year, came out extremely boring and rather stupid. The performance of actors Mark Wahlberg and Zooey Deschanel causes a yawn, and the participation in this project of director M. Night Shyamalan, who directed The Sixth Sense, seems like a misunderstanding.
7. (Sex Lives of the Potato Men), "Sex Lives of the Potato Boys", 2004
British comedy this time is not full of subtle British, but vulgar and flat humor. The Times called the film "a master class on how not to make a movie."
6. "Heaven's Gate", 1980
According to the New York Times review, the film is an indescribable nightmare. Even the staunchest viewers yawned at the premiere, but at the box office, the film failed altogether, marking the beginning of the end of the director's career, Michael Cimino.
5. "Very Epic Movie 1" (Epic Movie), 2007
Worst parody movie ever... References to popular films are interspersed with flat and sometimes vulgar jokes. Surprisingly, in 2011 the second part of "Epic Cinema" was published, the script was based on a parody of the film "300 Spartans".
4. "Raise the Titanic", 1980 (Raise the Titanic)
According to reviews from critics and audiences, the film is an excellent sleeping aid. Recommended for viewing alone, as it can ditch the cheerful mood of the noisiest company.
3. "Sex Guru" (Love Guru), 2008
Mike Myers, Jessica Alba, and Justin Timberlake looked pathetic. Critics called the film "anti-funny." Bad jokes made this comedy one of the top three worst films.
2. "Battlefield Earth" (A Saga of the Year 3000, Battlefield Earth), 2000
Despite the scale of the blockbuster, the special effects, makeup and costumes of the actors looked cheap and did not impress viewers or critics alike. John Travolta also got it, who did not brilliantly play the role of the main villain.
1. "Batman & Robin" (Batman & Robin), 1997
The film is considered the worst adaptation of the Batman story by both audiences and critics. Professional film experts criticized the dialogues and the script to smithereens, but the audience was "finished off" by rubber nipples on the main character's costume.
