10. Skoda (42,847 pcs.)
Skoda owes its high sales volumes, first of all, to the popular Oktavia model; in the first half of the year, more than 22 thousand units of these cars were sold. The second most popular is baby Fabia, followed by the impressive Yeti and the solid Superb.
9. Ford (51 123 pcs.)
The brand is more and more inferior to competitors, the once people's car has lost almost 20% of sales compared to the first half of 2012. The most popular model from Ford for many years in a row is Focus.
8. Nissan (63 747 pcs.)
The lion's share of the brand's sales falls on the Nissan Qashqai crossover. Nissan sales as a whole have dropped quite significantly compared to last year (2012) - by almost 20%. For 6 months of this year, 16 thousand fewer cars were sold than in the last year period.
7. Toyota (73 054 pcs.)
The list of the 25 best-selling cars of 2013 included two models from Toyota at once - the executive Camry and the RAV 4 crossover.
6. Volkswagen (77,280 units)
The best-selling model from Volkswagen is the Polo. The share of affordable and reliable car accounts for almost 50% of sales. In general, Volkswagen's performance declined slightly - by almost 5% compared to the first half of 2012.
5. Chevrolet (80 200 pcs.)
Among the most popular models of the brand are the Chevrolet Cruze and the affordable Niva SUV. Together, both models account for about 70% of the brand's sales.
4. Hyundai (89 466 pcs.)
Hyundai Solaris model ranks second in the ranking most popular cars of 2013... Solaris accounts for over 57 thousand sales. The second most popular model is the ix35 crossover.
3. KIA (94 870 pcs.)
The Korean brand, which rounds out the top three of our list, showed an increase of 4.26% compared to the previous year. KIA's top sellers are the New Rio and Sportage models.
2. Renault (104 633 pcs.)
The company clearly intends to take away the title of maker of people's cars from Ford. Three models from Renault were included in the list of the most popular at once - the affordable Duster crossover, the mega-popular budget Logan and the Sandero hatchback.
1. Lada (226 729 pcs.)
Despite the fact that sales of Lada cars decreased by almost 10% compared to the 1st half of 2012, they are still the most popular and best-selling. Lada Granta topped the list of 25 best-selling cars for 6 months of 2013.
