10. Miracle Judo
Appears in Russia - January 1
Many dads and moms do not have to peacefully digest Olivier salad, resting after a fun New Year's Eve. They will pull their offspring to cinemas to watch a cartoon about Tsarevich Ivan, the dragon Wonder Woman and the missing Princess Barbara. The famous detective will help Gnomeo and Juliet track down the culprit responsible for the disappearance of the garden gnomes.
The project is produced by Rocket Pictures, owned by Sir Elton John. And the world famous composer promised that he would personally write the music for "Sherlock Gnomes".
8. Anubis
In Russian cinemas, approximately, from March 23.
In eighth place in the selection of interesting cartoons of 2018 is a story based on the novel by Bruce Zeke "The Tapestry of Anubis: Between Twilight." It begins when the curse of the mummy sends the spirit of Dr. George Henry into the Egyptian Underworld. Trying to free his father, a boy named Chance goes to the depths of the Underworld and meets many monsters there.
7. The Adventures of Peter Rabbit
It will be possible to watch in Russian cinemas from March 22
Sony is adapting the classic English fairy tale Beatrix Potter into an animated film. Its main character is a mischievous and inquisitive animal who is trying to get into the farmer's garden in order to enjoy carrots.
Due to the uncomplicated plot, this picture will appeal to young viewers more than teenage or adult audiences.
Stars like Margot Robbie, Daisy Ridley, Rose Byrne and Elizabeth Debicki star in the voice acting of Peter Rabbit.
6. Wild ancestors

This is a new prehistoric cartoon adventure from the creators of Wallace & Gromit and Shaun the Sheep. The plot takes viewers into an exciting new world, where the primitive Dag and his best friend Svintus try to defeat the enemy of their tribe, the greedy Lord Nota, who rules the city of the Bronze Age.
The Aardman Animations-specific animation and jokes in Wild Ancestors are likely to appeal more to adults than children. However, this is the perfect picture to go with your daughter or teenage son.
5. Madagascar 4
The premiere in the Russian Federation is tentatively on May 17.
The adorable hippopotamus Gloria, the funny zebra Marty, the cute and slightly clumsy lion Alex and the ever-worried giraffe Melman return in the fourth part of the popular franchise. It is still written by Eric Darnell and directed by Mireille Soria, which gives hope that the new part will be no worse than the previous ones.
4. The Grinch Stole Christmas

The most anticipated cartoons of 2018 included the adaptation of the famous book by Dr. Seuss. Voices a sullen and lonely green creature named Grinch Benedict Cumberbatch, whose voice is spoken by Sherlock Holmes in the British TV series of the same name.

It is made in the genre of puppet animation and tells the story of a terrier named Rex who ended up on a "trash" island for exiled dogs and its young owner Atari Kobayashi, who is looking for his pet everywhere. 1. Incredibles 2
Will be released in Russia on June 14th.
Topping the top of the anticipated cartoons of 2018 is the sequel to the popular story of a superhero family from Pixar. This time, the focus will not be on Mr. Exceptional, but on his charming wife Elastica.
It is also known that after the events of the first part, the superhero family moved to a much more beautiful house built near a dense forest. And the Incredibles still don't know about Jack Jack's superpowers, so they will again be his little secret, just like in the first film. And since the events in the sequel take place immediately after the end of the previous part, Jack Jack will still be a baby.
And one more good news: the great designer Edna Maud will spend more time in The Incredibles 2. The audience loved her too much.
