Russia ranked last (55th) health efficiency rating... It is compiled annually by the Bloomberg agency, estimating health care spending as a share of GDP per capita in different countries with a population of 5 million or more, and taking into account the life expectancy of citizens and its improvement over time.
However, the United States of America, the stronghold of world democracy, has not gone far from Russia, finding itself in 50th place. At the same time, the annual medical expenses for each American, which is $ 9146 per year, are second only to Norway ($ 9,715) and Switzerland ($ 9,276). In the Russian Federation, health care costs are $ 893 per person annually.
Healthcare is best in Asian countries (Hong Kong, Singapore, South Korea and Japan). And from the European ones - in Spain.
Here's how the top 55 healthcare performance ranked.
The Ministry of Health made rating of therapists in Russia and explained the disappointing results by the fact that Bloomberg employees used irrelevant data on mortality in the Russian Federation. According to Oleg Salagai, head of the Department of Public Health and Communications of the Ministry of Health, citizens of the country, on average, began to live longer compared to 2014 (not 70.37, but 72.06 years). In addition, when compiling the rating, they took the figure of 7.07% of GDP, and it is not more than 5.7% of GDP.
