Moscow continues to build and develop intensively and dynamically. Over the past few years, many architectural projects have been created to build up the remaining unused areas of the capital. The most interesting of them is presented in the rating of the best residential complexes in Moscowbased on the Urban Awards, a prestigious award celebrating the application of the latest advances in science, technology and design to housing.
10. Park Rublevo
This project will possibly become one of the most beautiful residential complexes in Moscow. Buildings of small number of storeys (4 and 8) are designed taking into account the peculiarities of the local landscape, and through the panoramic windows there will be a fantastic view of either the Moskva River embankment (Zhivopisnaya Bay) or the nearby forest. And for fans of healthy lifestyles there is a sports quarter, where a fitness center, a ski complex, yacht clubs and other joys of an athlete are located very close. True, this miracle of nature is still under construction, therefore it is in 10th place.
9. Mon Cher
From the very beginning, the Mon Cher project sets the bar high, claiming to create an atmosphere of French chic, the possession of aristocratic forms of the art nouveau style and the spirit of the French impressionists. In practice, it will be a prestigious club house with 26 apartments, where all 26 are elite class housing. On the ground floor there are boutiques, a beauty salon and a French cuisine restaurant (for those who wish, it is possible to enjoy gourmet cuisine right in their apartment).
8. Gorokhovsky, 12
A new building in the historical district of Moscow - Basmanniy, located in Gorokhovsky lane. There are many architectural monuments nearby, including the Yelokhovsky Cathedral, the Razumovsky estate and the Musin-Pushkin house. It is in this rich cultural environment that there is a new seven-story brick building with 71 apartments and an underground parking.
7. TechnoPark
The future complex with an area of 2.5 hectares is located in the southern district of Moscow and is a comfort class apartment. All five buildings will have a view of the Moskva River and the nearby park. There are many apartments for every taste, and with the possibility of combining. The entire complex will be self-sufficient in terms of infrastructure.
6. Polyanka / 44
The architects of the Polyanka / 44 luxury housing complex faced a difficult task - to preserve and restore three historic buildings and create five that would ideally fit into the historical surroundings of the capital's center and at the same time bring relevance and freshness. This is handled by the international architectural firm John McAslan + Partners, and the inner garden (unusually large for real estate in the city center) is the creation of the landscape bureau Gillespies, who distinguished themselves for their work in Bradford and London. It is not surprising that with such data, the quarter has all the prerequisites for obtaining the title of “the most expensive residential complex in Moscow”.
5. Union Park
The quarter differs from other business-class buildings with its original decoration - the architects relied on the bright drawing of the facades. The private park of the residential complex was created according to the idea of the Versailles Park, with a strict geometry and at the same time small cozy places where you can engage in various types of activities - from playgrounds to tennis courts. There will also be a children's educational center, shops, pharmacies and fitness clubs in the quarter. All this together makes Union Park potentially one of the best residential complexes in Moscow.
4. City on the Tushino River - 2018
This project is still under construction and will only be completed in two years. The territory of the former Tushino airfield of 224 hectares is used for it, and a whole new district for 19 thousand inhabitants will be located on it.
3. RedSide
And this is already premium-class housing, located between the Garden Ring and the third transport ring, in the Krasnaya Presnya district. The total area of the complex will be 5 hectares, and it includes eight houses with a total capacity of 950 apartments. There is a choice for every taste - from one-room (45 sq. M.) To seven-room (350 sq. M.). The quarter is built according to the popular principle of its own infrastructure within walking distance.
2. Wellton Park
A business-class residential complex was built in the Khoroshevo-Mnevniki area in the North-West Administrative District of Moscow. It consists of ten high-rise buildings, most of which are already inhabited, and the rest are being completed. The project was created in cooperation with well-known European bureaus with the aim of giving a bright individuality to residential complexes, creating a magnificent landscape design and building the most comfortable housing. Judging by the Urban Awards, the developers have achieved their goal.
1. Nikolin Park
The best elite residential complex "Nikolin Park" is located near Moscow, three kilometers from the Moscow Ring Road. The residential complex, which includes 11 houses with a relatively small number of storeys (5-9 floors) and all the necessary infrastructure, from shopping areas to a kindergarten, is surrounded by a forest. For lovers of space, there are apartments with ceilings 4.8 meters high. And for busy people - completely turnkey apartments.
