Official voting on the site itop.techinfus.com/en/ launched in order to see the real rating of applicants online. Due to the peculiarity of rounding the results, there may be a discrepancy in the total amount of percent ± 1%.

I will vote for Grudinin! I hope that a person who has come from outside the system will be able to break this very corrupt system that has developed in our country. At all high positions in the law enforcement system of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, according to the legislation, personnel rotation is carried out in order to exclude the corruption component. Perhaps the time has come to rotate in the highest echelons of power?
