Until 2005, I refueled at Rosneft, then I realized that they were underfilling (the opinion of many of my friends), then I switched to Lukoil, the same trouble. currently prefer Gazprom.
Lukoil gave up badly. Previously, only there I refueled, but over the last year the engine, candles and lambda died. Moved to Gazprom and Shell. So far, everything is buzzing. Yes, about underfilling, someone advised me to fill not a full tank, but 10, 20 or 50 liters. Allegedly, it is for this data that computers at all gas stations are configured, because it is for these volumes that they are checked. It may not be true, but every time I ask you to pour exactly these volumes, I see the displeased looks of the gas station employees.
I live in Belgorod my rating:
1. LUKOIL is the best in terms of fuel quality and service level minus the price.
2. Bashneft fuel is good, the staff is friendly. Of the minuses, when I paid by card, I asked for a PIN! I just went nuts. Do not enter yourself but dictate.
3. Rosneft and TNK fuel is good, but the service is terrible, the staff is not correct, slow, to fill a full tank you need to make an advance payment, go to the car, because there are no refuelers as usual, hang up the gun and go back to pay. No service! The toilets are outside, just village tremors. The staff is only grandmother, apparently salary there is in the region of 10 thousand rubles.
4. Gazprom did not notice anything bad about the quality of the fuel, but I had constant suspicions about severe underfilling, I think about 20 percent. And I was knocked out by the fact that the check is issued only after refueling. The service is weak, the staff is not competent.
