OPPO on July 30, 2020 in Moscow presented a new budget smartphone of the A series - OPPO A12. The key features of the device are 3 GB of RAM, 32 GB of ROM and a 4230 mAh battery.
Large battery and balanced performance
OPPO A12 is powered by MediaTek Helio P35 8-core processor, which optimizes gaming and entertainment content. The smartphone is equipped with 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of main memory, expandable with an SD card up to 256 GB. The powerful 4230 mAh battery provides up to 17 hours of continuous operation of the device.
The proprietary shell ColorOS 6.1 is equipped with a "smart assistant" Smart Assistant, which provides quick access to any applications and functions. There is also a Smart Sidebar on the side of the screen for instant switching between applications.
Dirac's Sound Optimization feature automatically adjusts sound effects for games, audio and video for an immersive sound experience.
Sleek design and eye-protecting screen
The rear panel of the device is made with an optical illusion 3D Diamond Blaze Design, which changes shades depending on the angle of incidence of light. The curved body with an aspect ratio of 19: 9 and weighing only 165g fits comfortably in your hand. In addition, the smartphone received AI Facial Unlock and a fingerprint scanner on the back. OPPO A12 is equipped with a 6.22-inch screen with eye protection technology.
Artificial Intelligence Dual Camera
The smartphone is equipped with two camera modules. The main 13 megapixel camera provides 6x digital zoom. An additional 2MP depth sensor is responsible for enhancing the bokeh effect in portraits. The OPPO A12 also offers two dedicated modes, Portrait and Dazzle Color, for brighter, more natural colors.
The 5MP front camera, based on artificial intelligence technologies, optimizes photo quality. AI beautification mode automatically detects age, gender and skin characteristics, choosing the best settings for selfies. For fans of short videos, OPPO A12 offers a built-in video editor Soloop, which will help you instantly edit a video.

In Russia, OPPO A12 will be presented in two colors: black and blue. The smartphone can be purchased in the oppo branded online store, as well as in the stores of partners DNS, M.Video, Eldorado, Know-How, Citylink, OnlineTrade, Beru.ru. The cost of the smartphone will be 10,990 rubles.
