In January 2016, pre-order was opened for Chuwi Hi12 tablet... The Chinese company Chuwi is not one of the leaders in the mobile device market, but it has already released several low-cost and high-quality products, including the 8-inch Hi8 Pro and the 10-inch Hi10 (with two operating systems Windows 10 and Android 5.1).
The Hi12 tablet is compact, handy and powerful, capable of rivaling the performance of many notebook computers.

Leaving aside the impressive specifications of the Chuwi novelty, let's start our review of the Hi12 with its appearance.
Design
The novelty is offered either in dark gray (basic version) or in a gold-colored metal case.
Many users say Chuwi borrowed the design from the iPad Pro, but there are differences between the two devices. Yes, the rounded edges on the metal back look recognizable and the thickness of the case is the same, but all other elements of the Chinese tablet are unique. And in size it is smaller than the "apple" device.
On the front panel, you will see the Windows logo, 2 MP camera and a set of sensors. On the back is the Chuwi logo and a 5MP main camera. On the side faces there are full-size USB connectors for connecting a keyboard, mouse, etc.

Three versions will be released for sale:
- Chuwi Hi12 basic version (no stylus support). The release date is January 28.
- Chuwi Hi12 with stylus support. The release date is unknown.
- Chuwi Hi12 dual boot (whether stylus support will be available - unknown). No release date has yet been announced.
