If you ask 10 different people about which employer deserves the title of the best, then with a high degree of probability we will get 10 different answers. Someone puts the salary at the forefront. Someone thinks that an employer should be kind and understanding. And some will say that the best employer is the one that provides workers with the most comfortable working conditions or does not bother with overtime.
Analysts of the Superjob.ru portal conducted a survey of 3,000 people and found out what parameters employees consider the most important when applying for a job.
Among these criteria were:
- what is the salary (the most important criterion);
- what are the working conditions;
- is there a big social package;
- Does the company conduct in-house training;
- whether the company is creating new jobs;
- how developed is the infrastructure in the cities where the company has branches;
- how recognizable the brand is;
- does the company care about the environment;
- is spending money on charity.
Based on the results of the survey, Forbes experts have compiled the first-ever list of the best companies-employers in Russia. And we bring to your attention a detailed description of the top ten and a complete rating of 50 companies.

The second largest gas company in Russia pays its employees well. The average salary at Novatek reaches 42,642 rubles. And it is not surprising, because the employees have to work in harsh weather conditions, since the main activity of the gas production giant is concentrated in the regions of the Far North. And Novatek's largest project, a liquefied natural gas plant, is located in the north of Yamal.
In addition to good salaries, the company provides a generous social package and is vigilant about compliance with safety procedures, which has led to a 38% decrease in the injury rate, to 0.79.
