The USSR was criticized by many for its lack of customer focus, deception and rudeness in the service sector. The Soviet Union with its socialism was replaced by Russia with capitalism, but in the service sector, little has changed. Don't believe me? Then read anti-rating of companies that do not respect their customers... Perhaps you have come across one of them and also ended up among the dissatisfied customers.
The anti-rating was compiled by the Russian National Union for the Protection of Consumer Rights after monitoring the consumer sector.
10. "Toyta"
The client will have nothing to reproach you with if you do not answer his complaint. Apparently, this is what the Toyota company thinks. At least, they simply do not respond to claims.
9. "Yandex.Taxi"
In ninth place on the black list of companies that do not care about customers is a taxi ordering service operating throughout Russia. And since Yandex.Taxi considers itself a free service that helps passengers and taxi drivers find each other, it assures that consumer protection legislation does not apply to it. So keep that in mind when ordering your taxi.
8. JSC "Mosenergosbyt"
What if you are an energy monopoly and can dictate your rules to the management company and ordinary citizens? Of course, take advantage of this opportunity, which was done by JSC Mosenergosbyt. It sent invoices to the management company that used the wrong calculation factor. For which he was eventually fined by the Moscow OFAS Russia.
In addition, there are reports that JSC Mosenergosbyt is forcing users to pay disputed debts, threatening dissenting people or limiting their electricity consumption.
7. LLC "Vetpomoshch" Oberig "
Surprisingly, the seventh place in the anti-rating of the most client-unfriendly companies went not to a bank, not a trading network, not one of the monopolists in the housing and communal services market, and not even a mobile operator, but a modest Moscow veterinary clinic. They took one hundred thousand rubles for the treatment of the cat. As a result, the animal could not be saved.
The management of the veterinary clinic refused to return funds to the owners of the cat.
6. PJSC "Bank VTB"
This bank most often (in comparison with other Russian financial institutions) is in litigation with the regional departments of Rospotrebnadzor. Most of the lawsuits are related to the fact that the bank, concluding loan agreements with clients, imposes insurance on them. If an insured event occurs, then VTB Bank will receive the payment, since it was he who concluded the contract with the insurer. But the borrower is forced to pay a premium to the insurer, which is illegal and worsens his (the borrower's, of course) financial situation.
5. "Megafon"
In October, many clients of one of the largest cellular operators in Russia faced an unpleasant situation. Money began to be unlawfully debited from their accounts. Complaints about this, as well as about the lack of communication, "Megafon" considers within seven days.
4. PJSC "Sovcombank"
Many Russian banks are ready to offend their clients, but never themselves or loved ones.So Sovcombank decided that it would be necessary to increase the client's commission rate for settlement and cash services, which are provided to individuals in rubles and foreign currency, for all transactions (except for payments to the budget).
No sooner said than done. With one stroke of the pen, the tariff began to be up to ten percent of the transaction amount. It's good that not all are one hundred.
3. "MOEK"
The Moscow Unified Heat Supply Organization, taking advantage of its monopoly position, charged for hot water supply. And the purchase of cold water was already included in its price. And it would be okay, but MOEK also took direct payments from the management company for cold water supply. That is, the townspeople were forced to pay twice for the same service.
2. FSUE "Russian Post"
Recently, the Russian Post began to work more efficiently, introduced useful "chips" such as issuing parcels by digital signature and sms. However, there is still a lot of work ahead to improve the customer experience. And parcels at "Post" are lost too often, and the work of many post offices is organized very badly. So, the largest postal operator of the Russian Federation is in second place in the list of the most customer-unfriendly companies.
1. PJSC "Sberbank"
Although the well-known "green bank" is considered the most reliable bank in Russia, it has a lot of disadvantages. Long queues, incompetent and (or) rude employees, not always objective card blocking are just a small part of the problems that Sberbank customers complain about.
However, the main reason why the largest Russian bank got into the top 10 of boorish and fraudulent companies is the increase in mortgage interest rates. But at the beginning of the year, Sberbank publicly promised to cut rates. How can you not remember the joke about “I am the master of my word. I wanted it - I gave it, I wanted it - I took it back ”.
